Terra is a product line of Alsadaany Industries, an engineering company based in Egypt. Alsadaany Industries is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. The corporate privacy policy is published at alsadaany.com/privacy, and this notice is intended to be read consistently with it.

When you submit a farm assessment request, we collect the details you provide in that form: your name, company or farm name, work email address, phone number, country, farm location, farm type, crop type, approximate farm size, whether cameras, sensors and a weather station are already installed, the main agricultural challenge you select, and any additional requirements you choose to write.

We do not ask for any other personal information through this website, and there is no account to create.

Our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of each request, for the purposes of security and service reliability. Where a submission is refused by an anti-automation check, we record the reason and a masked form of the address it came from, and not the content of the submission.

We use the details you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and discuss a farm assessment, and to maintain a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not carry out automated profiling with it.

If you arrive on a link that carries standard campaign parameters (utm_source and the four related values), those values are kept in your browser's session storage for the duration of that tab and included with a request you choose to send, so we can tell which campaign produced an enquiry. Nothing is stored unless those parameters were already in the address you arrived on, no identifier is generated, and no third party receives them.

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser so the site can render in the theme you chose. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Where the anti-automation service described below is enabled, it may set what is necessary for that check to function.

The assessment form is protected against automated submission. Depending on configuration this may include Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives the information it needs to determine whether a submission is automated. Cloudflare acts as a service provider for that purpose only.

Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent when you submit the assessment form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure website.

We share personal information only with service providers that support the operation of this website and our correspondence with you (our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and the anti-automation service above), and only to the extent needed to provide those services.

We may disclose information where required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request.

This notice covers the Terra website. It does not cover data processed within a Terra deployment: how a customer's own agricultural data, imagery and telemetry are handled is defined in the agreement for that deployment, not by this website.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your request and to maintain a record of our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date above indicates when it was last revised.
